For your safety and the safety of myself and my family I have instituted some temporary changes in my policies.
As always, I continue to disinfect my hands, surfaces, and tools. Our home has been closed to all visitors since March 13th. We have been diligently practicing social distancing and following stay-at-home orders, only leaving for food essentials and baking ingredients.
Porch Pickup
I now offer contact-less porch pickup. Your order will be ready at a mutually agreeable time and will be placed outside on my porch rack when I know you’re on your way.
Shipping
Please understand that shipping is very limited under these circumstances. To avoid visiting a post office in person, I will now only offer shipping via USPS flat rate priority mail. This requires 10-15 days’ notice. I apologize for increased shipping rates due to this policy. 1 and 2 dozen cookie orders as well as DIY cookie kits fit in a medium flat rate box for $15. Other sized packages TBD as needed. (HRO not responsible for lost or damaged packages.)
Delivery
Delivery is available for orders over $500 as long as there is a contact-less drop-off zone. Delivery fees apply.
Payments
Please understand that I am only accepting electronic payments at this time. That includes PayPay, Venmo, ApplePay, CashApp, FacebookPay, or Credit Card over the phone. No cash or check transactions until further notice. Credit card purchases over $500 are subject to processing fees.
Packaging
Individual cellophane bags for each cookie are complementary at this time for any orders going to hospitals or front-line workers. Be sure to mention it when you order.
