What is the best way to order?

Please use the contact page to message me and I'll respond within 24 hours. Once we have your order established, I'll send you a custom invoice link from my shop. 

Do you offer gluten-free?

I do not offer gluten-free or other dietary restricted requests. 

What is your turn-around time?

Typically for a normal order, I need 2-4 weeks notice. For large corporate orders or weddings, please contact me to discuss. 

Do you offer delivery? 

I offer delivery for wedding cakes and large orders only. When we have our consultation for your event or large order we will discuss delivery and pickup options. 

Do you ship?

Shipping is possible for large corporate orders and during winter, spring, and fall. Summer sun and cookies aren't friends. 

Do I have to buy cookies by the dozen? 

I have a two dozen minimum order which includes 3-4 shapes and up 4 icing colors. After the first 24, you can order by the each. Let me know the exact number of cookies you need when you message me about your custom order.

Order Pickup and Available dates

We will establish a pickup date and time when you place your order. Pickups are by appointment only so be sure to choose a time that works for you. 

Is there anything you can't design?

Likely, no. But there are things I won't design. I have a strong equity accomplice policy and will not entertain orders that promote hate. Additionally, there are orders I won't take if they don't spark joy for me. As an artist, it's important that I have some creative inspiration surrounding your order so that it can be as brilliant as you're hoping it will be.
